We started Ultra Dry Roofing in 2021 with a straightforward idea: Indianapolis homeowners deserve a roofing and exteriors company that communicates honestly, does the job right the first time, and is still around years later when it matters.
Built From the Ground Up — and Still Here
We won't pretend the early years were easy. Like a lot of young companies, we hit real obstacles — funding gaps, operational growing pains, the kind of hurdles that push a lot of contractors out of the market before they ever get traction. In 2022, we made a leadership change that reset the direction of the company.
That decision paid off. Ultra Dry Roofing is now a $2–3 million Indianapolis roofing and exteriors company, profitable for the first time this year and growing steadily. We're not telling you that to impress you. We're telling you because one of the most common worries homeowners have — *what if this company isn't around if something goes wrong later?* — has a real answer here. We went through the hard part already. We're still standing, and we're not going anywhere.

We're moving to a CertainTeed and Malarkey-only shingle system because we believe those products perform better over time — and we want to stand behind what we install.
Certified Crews, Premium Materials
We hold GAF and CertainTeed certifications, and our crews are trained on the installation systems those manufacturers require. As we grow, we're intentionally narrowing our material focus to CertainTeed and Malarkey shingles — two of the most durable, warranty-backed products available in the residential market.
This isn't a marketing angle. It's a decision we made because we got tired of installing products we couldn't fully stand behind. When we put our name on a roof, we want to know it'll still be performing in 20 years.
